Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
• Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific requirements for each role.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the recruitment process.
• Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the global finance and technologies domain.
• Utilize market insights to advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
• Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectively and transparently with candidates regarding job opportunities and feedback.
• Learning and Development:
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of global recruitment.
• Acquire and apply knowledge of industry-specific terminology and nuances.
