Position: Recruitment Executive

Requirements:
Excellent English Communication Voice.
Basic Computer Skill (Excel, Typing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen and assessment of sufficient profiles for different levels of positions.
- Embrace different mode of sourcing like job portals, referrals, social media platforms, LinkedIn etc.
- In depth knowledge of keywords to screen right fit for the right positions.
- Adaptable to flexibility, multitasking and MIS.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job responsibilities precisely.
- Quick learner and optimistic towards challenges and enhance skillsets for mutual growth.
