Job Description


Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to lesion between Offsite Vendor, Records IT to fulfill the records request from Global teams.
  • Work with Records Community to provide insight on Records Management policy, tool and train the Records coordinator on their Roles & Responsibilities.
  • Enable Records community with tools and access to perform their day to day job.
  • Creates and maintains regular metric reports, dashboards, and specialized documentation; researches and provides information on records Audit requirements.
  • Develops administrative plans and schedule events and sessions, including training, audits and site visits.
  • Manage end to end offsite Records which includes Budget estimate, PO creation, invoice approval, Vendor Audit, Records reconciliation, inventory management and footprint management.
Education and Experience Required:
  • High school or equivalent secondary education certification required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Typically 2 - 4 years experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Advanced administrative skills, including data reconciliation, inventory management, cost estimation, vendor management.
  • Excellent excel skills and ability to adapt to Records Management tools/methodologies.
  • Ability to provide training on Records administrative works.
  • Understanding on end to end vendor management process including PO, PR creation, invoice approvals, reconciliations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with stakeholders.
