As a Record Retrieval, you will be responsible for gathering and organizing information from various sources to support our clients\' needs. Qualifications And Skills Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in record retrieval or a related field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong convincing skills to gather required information Deadline-oriented with the ability to work under pressure Proficient in data entry management Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Effective team management and collaboration Knowledge of medical billing processes is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Retrieve and compile records from various sources, such as databases, files, and online platforms Ensure the accuracy and completeness of retrieved records Organize and maintain records in a systematic manner Verify the authenticity and confidentiality of records Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information Review records for any discrepancies or errors and take necessary corrective actions Adhere to company policies and procedures for record retrieval and management Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively Communicate and coordinate with clients and stakeholders regarding record retrieval Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in handling sensitive records
