We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges as needed
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide general administrative support (e.g., filing, data entry, document handling)
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
Coordinate with internal teams for facility-related requests

Pay: ₹8,531.24 - ₹12,000.00 per month
