Receptionist / Administrator
to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier inquiries
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Manage meeting room bookings and coordination
Administrative Support
Maintain office files, records, and documentation
Assist in preparing letters, reports, and basic documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
