We are seeking a poised, proactive, and personable
Corporate Receptionist
to serve as the face of our organization. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees while ensuring the smooth operation of front desk and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and warmth
Manage multi-line phone systems: answer, screen, and route calls
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
Maintain a clean, organized, and branded reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
Issue visitor badges and monitor logbooks for security compliance
Provide general administrative support: photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
Assist with internal communications and event coordination as needed
Track and replenish office supplies and reception inventory
Handle basic inquiries and resolve minor complaints with courtesy and tact.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
