Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the concerned manager when necessary
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in front office, hospitality, or customer service roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-versed in MS Office
Presentable appearance and pleasant personality.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
