2. Reception Area Maintenance:
Keep the reception area and common areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Ensure reading materials and information brochures are up to date and available.
3. Safety and Security:
Maintain awareness of security protocols and procedures.
Monitor visitor access and maintain visitor logs.
Address safety concerns and report any security breaches or incidents to the Branch Head.
4. Administration Support:
Assist the administration team with tasks such as document management, data entry, and filing.
Provide support in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and coordinating logistics for events.
5. Vendor Management:
Act as the primary contact for vendors, including delivery services, office suppliers, and maintenance personnel.
