Visitor Management:

Greet and welcome guests, offer refreshments, and direct them to the right person or place, ensuring a positive first impression.

Communication Hub:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle emails and correspondence.

Administrative Support:

Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, sort and distribute mail, and handle basic office tasks like copying and filing.

Office Upkeep:

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Support for Staff:

Assist with travel arrangements, prepare meeting materials, and provide general support to office staff.
