Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Provide basic administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Coordinate with internal departments for messages and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures.
Handle basic inquiries and provide relevant information as needed.
