Job Description
1) Housekeeping:- \xc3\xbc Monitor housekeeping of all officesincluding Bathroom & Canteen area& give instructions & Guideline to peon for proper arrangements if not. 2) Daily work:- \xc3\xbc Entries of Visitor gate pass. \xc3\xbc Entry of material outward pass. \xc3\xbc Entry of employee in/out gate pass. \xc3\xbc Entry of courier inward / outward. \xc3\xbc Welcome every visitor with greetings. \xc3\xbc Sitting arrangement of visitors. \xc3\xbc Receive phone calls and transfer to related department. \xc3\xbc Maintain phone call register. \xc3\xbc Maintenance Of Telephone Maintenance of Camera Daily observation of Camera footage of Day / Night and inform if anything out of activity found. Salary List preparation. Maintain Employee Leave Register. Reporting & making Record of Late coming Employee (Morning/Afternoon). 3) Back office work:- \xc3\xbc Send Introduction Mail \xc3\xbc Prepare Order Acceptance \xc3\xbc Follow up of Introduction E-mail \xc3\xbc Do work provided by Management Note:- as an when required company can add another responsibilities in your KRA and you have to accept the revised KRA Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 910,000.00 - 913,000.00 per month Benefits:
