Job Description
We are seeking a candidate for the position of Receptionist
to provide counselling to walk-in students and on-call. No field job, it\'s a complete in-house sales assignment. It is totally a work from Office job (Monday to Saturday). The person should be target-driven with good communication skills in person as well as in telephonic conversation. Responsibilities:
- Manage & convert leads from social media through call
- Call the leads and provide remote counselling services to students.
- Should be able to counsel students on call and in face-to-face conversation.
- To guide students on available courses and help the team in sales to achieve targets.
- He/ She Should work in line with the frontline team (CRM team).
- Should be able to manage the front counselling desk efficiently.
- Sales and target-driven.
- Good proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Good hands-on on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Any graduate but candidates from Computer background will be having advantage.
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
