As a in our Media industry, you will be responsible for the following: * EPABX Management:

• Efficiently manage the EPABX system.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Visitor Management:

• Warmly welcome visitors in person or over the telephone.
• Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Sign in visitors and issue visitor badges.
• Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
• Administrative Support:

• Prepare reports, MIS, and other documents for the admin department.
• Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.
• Communication:

• Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively interact with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and redirect them as necessary.
• Documentation:

• Keep track of documents and ensure they are filed appropriately.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of important files.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Immediate to 30 days notice period.
• Proficiency in mail drafting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
