Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage the front desk area and maintain a pleasant office environment
Handle all incoming calls, transfer to concerned departments, and take accurate messages
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and employee attendance registers
Manage courier dispatch, inward/outward mail, and coordination with delivery personnel
Assist in booking meeting rooms, managing office supplies, and supporting admin activities
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and other support staff as required
Handle basic office correspondence, documentation, and filing
Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR and management teams
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information handled at the front desk
