Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; provide information via phone/email.
Manage appointment schedules and notify staff of visitor arrivals.
Perform filing, photocopying, and mail sorting.
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure visitor satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
