Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at The Daleside Manor in Kasauli Tehsil. The Receptionist is responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus High school diploma or GED equivalent required, some post-secondary education preferred
