Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously. Maintain guest records, reservations, and room allocations efficiently. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations. Manage phone calls, emails, and messages professionally. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Handle billing, payment transactions, and maintain cash records accurately. Update daily reports and assist with administrative tasks as required. Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:



Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field. Prior experience in front office or guest relations preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (like IDS, Opera, etc.). Pleasant personality with a professional appearance. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of hospitality and customer service.
