Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain guest records, reservations, and room allocations.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Prior experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software (e.g., Opera, IDS).
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
