Greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the right department.
Manage visitor entry, maintain registers, and issue visitor passes.
Schedule meetings, manage appointment calendars, and coordinate conference rooms.
Assist in basic administrative tasks--file management, data entry, document handling.
Handle courier management (inward & outward) and office supplies tracking.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / 12th Pass with strong communication skills.
1-2 years experience in front-office or customer service roles.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-friendly.
Preferred Qualities:
Good organizational & multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and polite communication.
