Orbiqe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a well-presented, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Answer and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
Provide basic administrative and clerical support to various departments
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and friendly attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good multitasking and organizational abilities
Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
