Job Title: Receptionist/Doctor\'s Assistant Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: L\'Avenir Skin Clinic Working timings: 9 am to 9 pm, week-offs on Thursday. : L\'Avenir Skin Clinic is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Receptionist/Doctor\'s Assistant to join our team. As a Receptionist/Doctor\'s Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing general administrative support to the doctors. Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet patients and visitors, both in-person and over the phone, and direct them to the appropriate department or doctor - Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate calendar for the doctors - Ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date - Assist doctors with patient care as directed - Prepare and file paperwork, reports, and other documents - Communicate with patients regarding their medical needs, including follow-up appointments and referrals - Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed - Handle patient inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact - Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the doctors Requirements: - Tenth Pass or equivalent; any degree is preferred - Prior experience in a medical office or related field preferred - Good verbal and written communication skills Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary as well as incentives based on performance. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 per month Benefits:
