Managing a remote patient monitoring program- using an online dashboard to track which patients' data is out of range, following up with patients accordingly
Scheduling appointments with patients
Handling incoming e-Prescription requests. Working with pharmacies and doctors to fill patient's prescriptions
Triaging e-Faxes, patient phone calls, and messages and emails
Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each patient and subject
Knowledge of working with MS Office is a plus.
Should have Prior experience of working in a voice process.
Should be able to work independently.
Should be able to listen to the patients/subject and simultaneously make notes.

Requirements

1 -5 years' experience
Excellent verbal English skills
Strong internet connection, a place to work with limited background noise
Willingness to work 10 hr. shifts (PST Time zone. Either 9 pm IST or 11 pm IST) and some weekends (on need basis)
Willingness to learn process and procedures when needed.
