We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Office Receptionist and Sales Associate to join our team. This role is a crucial link between our clients and the company, responsible for handling day-to-day office operations, sales via telecalling, and managing customer inquiries in both the real estate and interior/construction sectors. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and associates in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies. Sales via Telecalling: Contact potential clients through phone calls to discuss available real estate properties and interior/construction services. Provide detailed information about our offerings, answer questions, and address concerns. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Work towards achieving sales targets and earn bonuses for successful sale closures. Customer Engagement: Assist real estate clients with property inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and collecting relevant documentation. Address customer inquiries related to interior design and construction services, and connect them with the appropriate team members. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service. Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell interior design and construction services to real estate clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies. Create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior/construction projects when required. Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor\'s degree is a plus. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Knowledge of creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs) is a plus.
