Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Extend a friendly and welcoming greeting to visitors and maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and messages and reply to or redirect them
- Back office work
- Conducting multiple follow up calls on the leads and pushing for conversation to site visits
- Attend the front desk of the office.
- Typing letters & documents.
- Scanning and copying of documents on daily basis
- Recording daily attendance and leave.
- Inward-outward visitor document register maintenance.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls & Outbound Calls.
- A Female candidate having excellent verbal communication, who can initiate telephonic contact with existing and new clients to generate the sales.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company\xe2\x80\x99s services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
- Meet and exceed walk-in targets set by the organization.
- Knowing all the details of the service offerings.
