Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate persons.
Manage the calendar and schedule appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist in planning and organizing office events and meetings
