Job Description

JOB PROFILE - Receiptionist cum Office Admin

  • Education - Minimum Graduate
  • Experience - 3 years and above
  • Sound computer and MS office knowledge
  • Good Communication and Documentation Skills
  • Proficient in English (Oral and Written), Kannada and Hindi
  • Greet and welcome clients and set up a positive office atmosphere
  • Answering the phone calls, taking the messages, redirecting the calls to the respective departments etc.
  • Checking, sorting and forwarding the emails to the concerned department
  • Co - ordination with the customers regaring their queries w.r.t. the P.O. and Dispatch of materials
  • Writing and managing the transport LR and filing it properly
  • Organise book keeping and filing the accounting records
  • Preparing and managing entire incoming and outgoing material correspondence
  • Operate office equippments such as EPABX, Printers etc.
  • Take up any other duties as assigned
  • Salary - 15000/- per month
