Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes if required.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Coordinate with internal teams and provide information/support to clients and staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Work Conditions
Office-based role with standard working hours.
May require occasional extended hours depending on business needs
