Your role is essential in creating a positive and professional first impression. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide information about Zaira Diamonds\' products and services to visitors and callers.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of the reception area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
