Company Description Music Maniac is a supplier, seller, trader and educator of top-quality musical instruments such as Guitar, Piano, Violin and Drums in Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The company has a rich history of providing exceptional services and products to customers, and we are seeking a Receptionist to enhance our customer service. Role Description We are looking for a full-time Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, and performing clerical tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, and expected to have a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professionalism in all interactions. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad. Qualifications Phone etiquette and customer service skills Receptionist duties including greeting visitors and managing appointments Clerical skills such as filing, data entry and record keeping Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions Experience in the music industry a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field is preferred
