Real Estate Technology Compliance Business Analyst

What this job involves:
Thinking digital
Do you live and breathe digital? We can offer you an exciting role where you can use this passion to disrupt the real estate technology world. Leveraging your expertise of corporate Real Estate industry and risk and control management programs, with the ability to actively apply this to technology programs, you will work with a team to encourage our clients to adopt best practices and continuous process improvements.
Capturing business requirements
An essential part of your role will involve documenting all business processes, requirements, functional data, and interface requirements to ensure zero gaps in planning and prioritizing the technology strategies. Alongside, you'll prepare and review functional specifications, business cases and process mapping to technology meet clients' business requirements. Likewise, you will partner with our key stakeholders to make informed decisions about approach and share best practices and improvement opportunities relative to technology systems.
Gathering insights
As a member of a collaborative team, you will work closely with other domain experts and cross-functional teams to gather and translate business intelligence gained from client case work into actionable insights. You will be responsible for solving our client's problems through analysis of business requirements and critical thinking. On account, you will be working with key stakeholders, focused on gathering requirements, paint points and insights around their technology platforms.

Flawless expertise
We're looking for a business analyst expert with at least five years of experience in risk and technology compliance, bringing their working knowledge of deprecation processes that minimize impact to related technologies. It would be wonderful if you've worked on projects business transformation or processes improvement for several years. Knowledge around industry best practices in the compliance realm, combined with expertise in popular real estate technologies would bring value to this position.
Immaculate knowledge
On top of everything else, do you also have experience in driving multiple complex technology processes and business initiatives? Have you been told that you create quality documents by establishing structure and content, and leveraging existing assets to ensure a high standard of quality and timeliness? Most important will be your outstanding talent in transforming data into actionable insights or recommendations for our internal teams.
Impeccable leadership
Superb writing and speaking abilities are must to succeed in this role. These skills will enable you to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, teams and business stakeholders. Similarly, it will help you in documenting business processes and best practices. It would be best if you were keen to work against tight deadlines while ensuring regular reporting.
