Role & responsibilities
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages excellence and achievement.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Take part in interview of candidates while supporting decision making to hire successful applicants.
  • Able to develop own team and make required resources available to accomplishing target objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set realistic and achievable sales targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by the sales team at all times.
  • Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to business objectives.
Required skills/Abilities
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, insurance sales with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • MS Office familiarity
