Experience: Minimum 3 years in Real Estate Sales : Rituraj Nirmaan is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven success in real estate sales, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: 1.Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. 2.Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team\'s skills and product knowledge. 3.Sales Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and future projections. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3.Previously led a sales team.
4.Proficient in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
5.Strong leadership and team management skills.
6.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
