Job Description


1. Ability to supervise, direct, inspire, train, educate and coach co-workers. 2 .End-to-end sales management - from strategy to planning to execution. Achieve Sales targets consistently. 3. Gain business and financial acumen. 4.Conversion of leads by helping customers in choosing the right experience. 5.Collaborating with partners in the portfolio and providing expertise, metrics, analysis, and recommendations based on industry\'s best practices. 6.Analyse the business metrics along with senior stakeholders, to identify key improvement areas and team performance. 7.Networking, deal initiating, negotiation & closing deal with the clients. 8.Discuss progress with management & develop solutions to improve closing ratio. 9.Manage day to day operational duties (manage and track sales lead flow, manage and maintain CRM database, report weekly activities and accomplishments , etc.) 10.Maintaining long term relationships with the \xe2\x80\x9cloyal/elite\xe2\x80\x9d customers. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Volunteer Salary: 950,000.00 - 980,000.00 per month Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Experience:
