Job Description

1. Will be Deputy and will be assisting Senior Manager in day to day operations of the organisation. 2. He/she will assist Senior manager for Staff attendance, appraisals & trainings. 3. Responsible for Creating the database & inventory of the properties & timely updates including- New Projects Resale Rentals 4. Assist Senior manager in report generation & sharing the inventories to promoters on daily basis. 5. Handling staff related queries & assigning the daily tasks & follow ups 6. Assist Senior Manager to maintain daily Petty cash expense & MIS. Maintain inventories of the stationary & miscellaneous items. 7. Assist Senior Manager in reconciliation of all the expenses, vendor payments & staff salaries. 8. Generating client leads through Portals, calling etc. Generate leads for Purchases, selling, and renting of the property. 9. Should handle client related queries & escalate to Sr. Manager for any urgent/ sensitive requirement 10. Connect with Sales team for the new projects & update Sr. Manager timely. 11. Responsible for all the paper works, coordination with authorities for documentation & closure of deals. 12. Proper planning of the Client Visit arrangements to the sites pre arrangements of the following- Keys Any emails or approvals - society / owner Security permission Transportation (Need Basis) 13. Work with team to achieve the sales target and ensure timely review and share updates to Sr. Manager. 14. Responsible for any new recruitment, induction, staff planning and team building exercise. 15. Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 911,459.54 - 945,000.00 per month Schedule:
