Role: Sales Manager Experience: 3+ years Location: Noida Salary - As per the industry Roles and Responsibilities:

• We are looking for smart, self motivated individuals who have good communication skills, are confident, aggressive and have a flair for sales.
• Original / Fresh bookings in Residential and Commercial Projects.
• Facilitate and enable clients to Purchase properties with best possible service delivery.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Set individual sales targets with sales team.
• Set appointments with clients, suggest and showcase the properties best suited to them.
• Prepare & deliver appropriate presentation on Residential and Commercial Projects.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle queries and objections.
• Having great knowledge related to the region where the properties are located and provide answers to the questions that clients might have regarding the property, neighborhood, etc.
• Collaborate with team Members to achieve better Results.
• Contribute towards organizational sales goals and revenues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Self-sufficient and self motivated to succeed in sales.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is essential.
• Real estate sales experience is preferable.
• Knowledge about Noida real estate market will be a plus.
• Excellent communicator with excellent personality.
• Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people.
• Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team playing ability.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Desire to learn.
• Computer literate.
• Own conveyance, preferably a car.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 70,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Morning shift
