Brief Description \xe2\x80\x93 The Sales Profile consists of buying or selling property for clients, which requires studying property listings, analyzing prospective clients, accompanying clients to property sites, discussing conditions of sale and the paper work. Roles & Responsibilities \xc3\x98 Leads of prospective buyers will be provided. \xc3\x98 Communicate & follow up with above leads of prospective clients to identify their requirements and choice of property. \xc3\x98 Accompany buyers during visits and inspection of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of property they are visiting \xc3\x98 Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages , legal requirements and related matters \xc3\x98 Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, disbursement of funds and other paper works. \xc3\x98 Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems \xc3\x98 Therefore, generating revenue and achieving individual target. Key skills Assertive communication, Negotiation skill, Persuasive, Aggressive Hard core sales approach Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 990,000.00 per month Benefits:
