- Total experience:- 6 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Minimum experience:- 4-5 years experience in sales or related field.
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficiency with real estate sales software
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company\'s market presence and increase revenue.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the company\'s reach.
- Proven track record of successful sales management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
