- Designation : Sales Manager ( Real Estate)
- Location: Mumbai (Multiple Sites)

- Experience - 1- 3 years of Experience
- Meeting and Engaging with Channel Partner on a daily basis.
- Planning and Execution of multiple Channel Partner Events during Pre-Launch, Launch and Sustenance.
- Planning and execution of Promotional Activities, Campaigns, Events, etc with Key Channel Partners for their customers.
- Responsible for Outbound Meeting and/or closure of Deals.
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports and maintaining it.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Excellent Network of Channel Partners
- Must have Good Communication Skills
- Must have good experience of Channel /Corporate / Closure sales
- Must be a team player Go the extra mile to achieve its targets
- Need to portray Management and Leadership skills
- Day shift
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (Required)
