We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Executive Representatives to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Job Responsibilities: . Work with buyers and Chanel Partners properties throughout the area. \xc2\xb7 Handle both inbound/ outbound calls. \xc2\xb7 Maximize revenue generation and lead closures. \xc2\xb7 Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution. \xc2\xb7 Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing. \xc2\xb7 Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, and lead generation services. \xc2\xb7 Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintained good relations with all clients \xc2\xb7 \xc2\xb7 Participate in the company\'s sales strategy Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills to work independently and manage projects
- Minimum 1-2-year experience in similar field or capacity.
- Strong organisation & scheduling skills
- Candidates must be organised, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
