Job Description
Role:- Real Estate Sales Profile (Property Sales) Education: Any Graduate Experience: Min 0-5yrs in a Sales Driven Organization. Freshers can also apply!! Location: Baner (Work from Office) Candidates must have a Bike & should be open for field sales. (Note: Only F2F/Walk-ins interviews conducted) Office hours: 9:30am to 7pm Roles & Responsibilities 1- Initiating phone conversations with Clients. 2- Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle 3- Meeting clients F2F to bring sales closure. 4- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Calls. Compensation & Benefits: CTC 2.5lpa to 4lpa (fixed) + Uncapped Incentives (Performance based) Salary Hike on monthly basis (10-15%) on performance Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
