Job description Position Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Location: Saswad, Pune (On-Site) Facility: Attractive incentives on performance Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM We are looking for a Sales Associative who is willing to work in Real estate Company. We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken person who has tremendous phone skills and has the ability to close deals with ease. We need someone who is able to convert calls and leads into qualified appointments and closed deals for our agents. Role/Responsibilities 1. Convincing prospective clients that our Company is the right one to handle their sale and agree to the terms 2. Arranging advertising to promote the property Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on database 3. Making appointments and showing buyers around a property 4. Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price 5. Referring buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice. 5. Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in pipeline on a daily basis from various lead sources to include but not limited to: Sign calls, Internet sources, Past clients, Website registrations, Listing inquiries, Facebook registrations, Direct-mail responses. 6. Chase deals with fervor until they are either closed, dead or turned into qualified appointments Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, cold calling, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle Other Aspects * Must have two wheeler * Should Complete a Bachelor\'s Degree. * Should have proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
