\xc2\xb7 Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers. \xc2\xb7 Showcase the features and benefits of the land or plots and address any questions or concerns to the customers. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with potential buyers to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget etc. \xc2\xb7 Provide detailed information about available plots, including location, size, amenities, and pricing. \xc2\xb7 Initiate and maintain communication with the customers through various channels such as phone calls, messages and in-person meetings. \xc2\xb7 Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company\'s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. \xc2\xb7 Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
