We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Sales Closing Executive to join our real estate team at our Pushpak Nagar site. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and proven experience in closing real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend walk-in clients and explain project details effectively.
  • Handle client inquiries and follow up to ensure conversions.
  • Coordinate site visits and presentations.
  • Negotiate and finalize property deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales/closing.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional attitude and client-handling ability.
