WORK-LOCATION: Koregaon Park, Pune, Work from Office Full time OFFICE TIMING: 9.30AM \xe2\x80\x93 6.30PM COMPETENCIES / SKILLS: This position will be responsible for creating promotion material, marketing, lead-generation, and CRM and database management activities for the real estate division. The profile will involve the following: Good experience in creating content and copy for the online mediums including blogs, websites, infographics, online videos, competitions, and social media campaigns. Impeccable spelling and grammar Creating Marketing collateral and distribution of those collateral in various marketing channel Lead Generation through Social Network like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc Good knowledge about social media especially Facebook & Instagram Good knowledge of Facebook ads & google ads Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads Strong SEO/SEM capabilities Creating Social Media content calendar and creatives & repurposing content. Hands on experience in creating videos & Reels. Create a report of competitor advertising links Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales Executive via email communications, LinkedIn, Facebook and other Social Network Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. PERSONALITY & OTHER TRAITS Good communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills Disciplined, punctual, mature & good team player Proven track record in lead generation for service / consulting industry Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook Good knowledge of residential clusters and premium properties will be a big plus Candidate must own a two/four-wheeler and be currently based in Pune COMPENSATION: INR 240,000/- to 320,000/- per annum + attractive incentives Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9240,000.00 - 9320,000.00 per year Benefits:
