Job Description


Channel development and management for selling real estate products across NCR & Mumbai.
Manage various customer sourcing activities through various channel, viz. institutional and
Individual real estate partners, presales & corporate.
Outreach and acquisition of channel partners in new geographies for investee real estate projects
Inline to the new market penetration strategy.
Responsible for client relationship management across HNIs and corporate professionals.
Fund Raising from HNIs, family offices and Institutions under Alternative Investment Fund &
Portfolio Management Services category.
Acquisition of National Distributors, wealth managers, bankers and financial consultants for selling
Real estate and structured financial products.
Ensure and deliver sales and collection in accordance with budget line.
Building and deepening of relationship with Channel Partners teams with routine trainings and
Interactions.
Understanding, Structuring & resolving client matters as post sales function.
Sourcing large transaction deals from Real Estate Developers and Institutions for Capital Advisory
And related products.
Involved in Formulation & Implementation of Sales Strategies, MOU\xe2\x80\x99s, and competitive Analysis &
Marketing plans.
Ensuring smooth flow of information across internal teams \xe2\x80\x93 Salesforce & MS Office suit.
Responsible for channel sales development for residential & commercial real estate
Projects.
Managed, analysed & optimized channel partners to support revenue goals of the
Organisation.
Conceptualizing and organising new project launch events such as Channel Partner meets,
And Investor\xe2\x80\x99s meets.
Preparing product pitches and presentations for channel partner team trainings and
Related stakeholders thus interacting on the regular basis.
Handling assigned SME\xe2\x80\x99s, Institutional & corporate accounts to generate revenue.
Involved in project feasibility/Structured JVs/product launch strategies on the
Organisation\xe2\x80\x99s land base.
Involved in project feasibility/Structured JVs/product launch strategies on the

Coordinating with external agencies like IPCs/Government bodies/Media & Marketing
Agencies.
Involved in project feasibility, product mix strategies and feedback sharing with product
Teams.
Coordinating with government regulatory bodies, financial institutes & related consultants.
Business development for residential & commercial real estate projects across NCR & Rajasthan.
Handling and deepening of relationship with SME\xe2\x80\x99s, Institutional & corporate accounts for inline to
Bulk sales strategy.
Deep engagement with users on all levels, ensure retention.
Responsible for handling channel partners & grievances redresses.
Brand Management & media interactions.
Cross selling, up-selling bunch of financial products/preventive healthcare/fitness/food etc. to
Corporate houses.
Identification & penetrating untapped regions.
Formulation of business strategies and expansion.
Business development and establishing relationship with corporate audience.
Coordinating across related vendors and agencies for better product placement. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb980,000.00 per month Benefits:
