Roles and Responsibilities: -
\xef\x82\xb7 Doing Sales of New Launch & On-going Projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Sourcing and Generating leads for allocated site.
\xef\x82\xb7 Be responsible for Residential & Commercial properties to Corporate & HNI clients in Mumbai, Mumbai
Suburban & Navi Mumbai,
\xef\x82\xb7 Pre sales & post sales responsibility for all ongoing & completed projects.
\xef\x82\xb7 Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal
network
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist to promote sales of properties through Marketing & advertising agencies & social media
\xef\x82\xb7 Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures
\xef\x82\xb7 Database management related to Clients and Properties.
\xef\x82\xb7 Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
\xef\x82\xb7 Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self and team.
Key Skills: -
\xef\x82\xb7 Extremely confident and well versed in dealing with clients.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close.
\xef\x82\xb7 Well adept with marketing concepts especially targeted marketing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to Handle a team/ Leadership Qualities/Management skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Real Estate industry experience is a must.
\xef\x82\xb7 2 years of Team handling experience is a must.

Qualification: - Any Graduate/MBA
CTC: -Fresher: - 1.80LPA \xe2\x80\x93 3LPA+ Incentive(Based on Candidate)
Experience: - 2.40Lac pa \xe2\x80\x93 12Lac pa + Incentive(Based on Candidate)
Experience: - 6month-10 years
