Job Description

The purpose of this role is provide administrative support to the DAN real estate and facilities team and administer various facilities and procurement programs in support of DAN office locations.Job Title: Real Estate & Facilities Coordinator: Key responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Works with the Office Managers to oversee and administer the implementation and maintenance of facilities processes ensuring the consistency of performance among all offices \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitates the collection, recording and payment of facilities related invoices for each office \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops and implements strategies for the effective and efficient operations of the business\' offices \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures provision of necessary services and supplies in support of each office\xe2\x80\x99s operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors office seating capacity \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures the receipt, recording, review and reconciliation of all rent and rent related invoices \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversees the data collection for reporting requests including, environmental reporting, copier/printer usage, Office locations, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Space planning \xe2\x80\x93 Works with the Manager of Facilities and office managers to monitor and ensure sufficient capacity at relevant locations \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitates the fulfilment of Insurance Certificate requests on behalf of the Business Units \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists office managers with provision and coordination of resources for facilities projectsLocation: DGS India - Mumbai - Thane Ashar IT ParkBrand: DentsuTime Type: Full timeContract Type: Permanent
