Real Estate Asset Acquisition - NCLT/Liquidation
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in real estate asset acquisition, especially through NCLT, IBC, and liquidation processes. The ideal candidate should have experience working with banks, NBFCs, or top real estate advisory firms like JLL, Colliers, Anarock, Knight Frank, etc. This role involves identifying and acquiring distressed assets, managing due diligence, and handling end-to-end transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate distressed and liquidation assets via NCLT or IBC cases.
Conduct financial, legal, and technical due diligence on target properties.
Coordinate with banks, insolvency professionals, and legal advisors.
Lead negotiations and acquisition strategies for high-value assets.
Stay updated on NCLT proceedings, IBC updates, and market trends.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in real estate transactions, asset acquisition, or investment.
Strong understanding of NCLT, IBC, and liquidation frameworks.
Prior experience in real estate firms, banks, NBFCs, or consulting firms (JLL, Colliers, Anarock, etc.).
Excellent negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
