Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Extremely good in land documentation, compliance, CLU / Policies and related due diligence of land. \xc2\xb7 Land Inspection and Verification of documents. Land Use Change related compliances \xc2\xb7 Arrange all related approvals for project commencement from Govt offices and statutory bodies. \xc2\xb7 MIS reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Land related progress. \xc2\xb7 Project Budgets \xe2\x80\x93 Seek related approvals from Management and govt offices \xc2\xb7 Ensure Timely resolution of objections and clarifications from Govt Agencies. \xc2\xb7 Liasion with HUDA, DTCP, GMDA, Fire Dept, NHAI, PWD Etc. \xc2\xb7 Relationship with state level nodal agencies. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb924,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
